COOKING WITH CELEBRATE - Pumpkin Pie Dip


   Makes: 12 servings Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 0 minutes


Ingredients

  • 450 ml can pumpkin puree

  • 175 ml non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 250 ml sugar-free whip topping

  • Sliced apples, for dipping

Directions

  1. Mix pumpkin with greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract and spices.
  2. Fold in sugar-free whip topping and chill in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
  3. Serve and enjoy with cut up apples!
